The interview process was straight-forward. I interviewed with the HRM and then came back to shadow during my potential shift. They use behavioral-based questions and pretty much stick to the script. You are scored in the end.
Interview process was what was expected. I was very impressed with how smoothly the interview was conducted. The hiring manager ensured I knew what to expect of the role that I had applied for.
