After the initial "why do you deserve this job?" question, they ask 10 BAR (background, action, result) questions. They rate you on how specific your answers are to the questions and if you actually use all 3 sections of the BAR criteria in your answer.

Tell me a time when you and your supervisor didn't agree about something.
Applied online which was simple and straight forward. Then was notified of a phone interview. Interveiw lasted about 30 min all in the BAR format. got back to me within the week and offered the job

Tell me about a time when you made a mistake and what did you do
They use the "STAR" method of interviewing where you respond to behavioral interview questions. You respond by “showing” the hiring manager how you’d handle a situation using examples with a clear beginning, middle, and end for the scenario you present. The acronym STAR stands for –– situation, task, action, result.

One interview two people about 2/3 hours. I’m not for sure to what else to put because it really was not that hard. They don’t really ask questions about anything that is hard.
