Entrevista
I applied through recruiting company. After one month..I got a call that my profile is selected. I had to attend a computer test n face to face interview. Beforehand one hiring manager called me over phone to introduce himself n explained me the role. After one week, I got a cal from agency to fix up the computer test. I went to FedEx office. People were warm. It was Chams test. Before taking the test..I was given a typing test. A lady gave me a sheet of numbers n asked me to type in excel sheet for about five minutes. It was not do difficult for me..one should concentrate that, numbers should not miss out..as it will make a lot of difference. Later I was made to sit in a meeting room to take the Chams test. Lady explained me the process. It was around 2-2:5 hr exam. First of all ..around one hour..u will have to attend aptitude test.it will be simple..main criteria is TIME..it's race against time. It contains numerical analysis, verbal. Spatial..identfy identical patterns or numbers..etc., then it was mental analysis..around 400 questions with multiple choice were there.I should answer without getting bored. Next was my language test..as I Was bilingual. Whole process took around 3 hrs. Then they told me ..I would get the news if I pass the test through recruiter. It was new n good experience for me. I didn't get intimidated as people were warm towards me.

My Chams results were good..so I was called for panel discussion. Two were there. It went over 1:30 to 2 hrs. It was tough. All were situated based questions. It's not just explaining the situation of yourself but u need to give a summary in 2-3 sentences n also a title for it. It was something new N so many many questions were there to answer that..After finishing the interview..I was completely drained out. I was feeling when this saga would end...I was really surprised as it was just an entry level position..n they wanted to explain me about me to explain regarding my team spirit..sense of urgency ...how would I react to a particular kind of situation..a lot a lot n lot. So much in detail that you can't tell an imaginary bluff. As u have all the chance to get caught up. Be careful while answering ..it should be genuine.
