Answered a job posting from FedEx website. Was called by hiring manager. Phone interview lasted about one hour. Had to complete and Excel exercise. Then was called in for a 3-person panel interview and 1:1 interview with Director and peers-to-be. Finally received an offer letter. Tried negotiating salary, but hiring manager was not open to negotiations

the woman was just asking me weird questions it felt like they were just asking me questions on how I would deal with the company's reputation being damaged than my actual skill set

The first round interview is a virtual interview. You need to record your answers and you can try as many times as you can. There are three behavioral questions. You have five mins to answer each question.
Several rounds of in-person and phone interviews. Discussed with several layers of management under the Express product line. Many behavioral questions and other questions about previous experiences. Thirty words yet?
