First round of Telephonic Interview, Second is Personal Interview and final is HR round. After job offer letter issued with salary negotiation, we required to submit our all credentials for their internal verification.

What can we give if I was recruited by Fedex. Why this is most difficult question for me bcoz Fedex is esteem organization and as a part how I plan to make profit centre for the company.
It was a smooth process for internal candidates, you apply, fill out a packet and depending on the packet and points accumulated you are then moved to a panel interview and based on the points you will be offered the position
Got in touch with a recruiter quickly and set up an interview. Was very professional and treated fairly. Went right to training and was offered a job for the next hiring group. The whole process was fast and efficient.
Not hard friendly and kind people. Nothing too crazy. They ask about your personality availability flexibility and such. Have to lift 50 pounds by yourself and operate many different machines so be ready to learn a lot without a lot of help.
