Entrevista
Applied online, was called for an interview approximately 1.5 months later. In-person interview at a regional hub consisted of the hiring manager, who was the regional zone security manager, a member of HR, and another manager. I was taken to an office where I was given a sheet of paper and told I had 15 minutes to explain why I was the best candidate for the process. Once I was done, I was taken to a panel interview, and had to read the response out loud. I was then asked six questions using the STAR format. Once I was done, I asked multiple questions, almost all of which were shut down by HR for being "proprietary." These questions included how successful employees were evaluated and by what metric, was relocation offered for the position, what the training program consisted of, what the promotional process was, and similar questions. Almost all of the questions I asked were not answered. I was told I would hear back once they finished the interviews and would either receive an offer or not.

Entrevista
I was initially contacted via telephone to verify my qualifications and ensure I was still interested; I was later selected for an interview. The notification process for the interview was done via telephone and followed by a company letter. The interview was 3-fold: writing a qualifications summary, a verbal presentation and a panel interview.
