Right off initial first impression I knew I wanted to work here, team-based environment, and decent pay to boot. I met the center manager after being called in, had a conversation with him for a few hours, and then had a in person interview with him and after that a phone interview with the district manager.

The interview was very overwhelming just read from a packet, both store manager and district manager were there which added on pressure overall. The questions seemed very repetitive and they never really looked at me just talked amongst themselves when I finished answering questions.

Was contacted by a FedEx recruiter in Dallas, Texas to do a phone/facetime interview. The next day she called me to set up an In person interview with the hiring manager. Two days after that, The recruiter contacted me to do an over the phone interview with the district manager. That interview is actually on tomorrow. Super excited to be leaving Louisiana and starting a new chapter in Dallas, Texas.

easy and quick, very pleasant people well the ones who interview me. after that was a different story.I went through 2 interviews. but at the same time worry cause I heard a lot of people keep leaving the company ..I don't think FedEx is a company where you want to retire it's not trustful
