Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en FedEx (Calgary, AB) en may 2009
Entrevista
It wasn't much of an interview actually. I was applying for a part-time NIGHT position so I went in and the all the interviewer did was ask me a few basic questions and then proceeded to give me the background of FedEx and that this position was physically demanding, which I was okay with. She then proceeded to take me on a tour of the warehouse which lasted approx. 30 mins. What a waste of time!! I think she felt that I was going to quit after because I was a student. She was basically implying this. Why bother to call me in then? I was clearly listed on my resume that I was enrolled in post-secondary and that I applied for this out of convenience for the hours. I thought that's what they wanted. Anyways I strongly felt that I did a good job for the interview and I was qualified for the work. I also felt that my time was wasted by going through this tour. Please save that for after you hire someone because it's a waste of my time and YOUR productivity.

Are you able to get to work because there is no transit at night
Decent but office be out of order. Interview process went well just need more order in some offices very unprofessional. Simple questions are being asked not so much on job part but your physical side more.

There was no interview process. You apply online and then get an email/phone call on when and where to be. Next thing you know you’re in a class with 10 other people in a training class.
Pretty simple. Mine was through the phone. They asked me about any previous warehouse experience and if I was okay with doing manual labor and always be active. It occurred during covid era so they were hiring a lot of people since online shopping was in high demand.
