We had an interview for an hour and almost all the time the interviewer was looking into the papers he had, zero eye contact. Really bad experience. And at the end their feedback was: "we needed exact answers, your answers were long". Really awkward!!!

Entrevista
A recruiter approached me, then had a phone call and a screening interview, then two interviews with the hiring manager. The process was pretty smooth, and it turned out not to be a good fit at the end of the day.

Walk me through your past experiences. How do you shape a winning product strategy?
It was easy and not too bad of an interview. I was asked questions that i could easily answer and provide a straight forward response! I didn’t get to the 3rd interview due to other interviews but good experience.
