Fairly easy and but a little nerve racking.
Not a very formal interview process, can go in street clothes with no problem.
Generally interviewed by one or two managers.
Managers try to see your reactions through the interview process to see how you will handle situations both in answering their questions and how you will handle the environment of working in the warehouse.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
