Behavioral based interview. Answers should be specific and address exactly what was asked. Candidates often generalize instead of answering the specifics or giving a specific example that was asked for in the question. Answers are rated on a 1-5 scale. Questions are asked in the BAR (Before, Action, Result) format.

Applied online which was simple and straight forward. Then was notified of a phone interview. Interveiw lasted about 30 min all in the BAR format. got back to me within the week and offered the job

Tell me about a time when you made a mistake and what did you do
They use the "STAR" method of interviewing where you respond to behavioral interview questions. You respond by “showing” the hiring manager how you’d handle a situation using examples with a clear beginning, middle, and end for the scenario you present. The acronym STAR stands for –– situation, task, action, result.

One interview two people about 2/3 hours. I’m not for sure to what else to put because it really was not that hard. They don’t really ask questions about anything that is hard.
