Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en FedEx (Jacksonville, FL) en mar 2016
Entrevista
First, you must go to the FedEx careers website and search for package handler positions in your area. Then you must apply to attend a sort observation before you actually apply for the job. Once you attend, then you will receive your application through email and get a phone call when is has been received. They will then screen you through the telephone call and either tell you to bring identification forms (you pretty much have the job) or invite you for a second interview depending on the location.

Pregunta 1
Are you able to lift 70 lbs?
Are you able to work in weather conditions such as heat, cold, or rain?
Are you available to work a certain shift?
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
