Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en FedEx (Philadelphia, PA) en jul 2016
Entrevista
You attend a sort observation where they give you a tour of the facility. About 20 mins. If your Still interested in the job they will send you a email the same day with a link to apply. Also a link to take a assessment test around 25 questions. I received a call the next day to come in for a interview. Easy interview that lasted about 5 mins. Explained the hours, pay, and benefits. Also asked a couple questions from the assessment test. If you think you can do the job they will pretty much hire you. The next day I was called and told I was sent a email to consent a background check. If background clears they will call you to come in for orientation.

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
