It is two round process. First round is aptitude test and then face to face interview. Very easy to crack if you have basic knowledge of.net, sql and mvc. And if you are selected then they will call you for HR round.
its very smooth and good for me. HR is verry clam and cool. they help me to addressing me to solve my mistakes. they hiring you based on your logics and basics of theoretical knowledge.
