short process of aptitude test and interviews.some interviews are taken separately HR and technical but some are taken simultaneously.also they check overall academic performance overall understanding of all the subjects which you studied in whole engineering .though they ask basic questions but answering those basic questions required deep understanding of subjects.questions were basically from design,thermal,management domain thought they asked management as alternative.
