Applied via the internet through an advertisement, I was then Interviewed by the UK office via telephone, this lasted for about 30 minutes both with Directors and L&D, I was then brought into the office to meet the team and see the premises. After that was phoned again via cell to get feedback on how I went

Entrevista
It was a two-stage interview process consisting of a video and face-to-face interview. It was a very relaxed setting and didn't at all feel like a grilling Q&A but an exploratory conversation for both parties.
