Each of the founders spent 15 min asking resume questions, then had me do a case study. I was supposed to present the case to them after but they ghosted me. I was only "officially" rejected later through a recruiter who reached out about the same role. Given the role has been open for months, I wonder if the founders themselves know what they want.
