2 interviews They do not follow up with you about next steps. I had to reach out after my first interview and again after a verbal offer. The managers are not on the same page and it is quite concerning. The company drags their feet with the interview process yet expects you to start immediately. They do not provide official offer letters nor any documentation from HR to confirm start date or salary. I have not declined or accepted the position yet as the red flags continue to pile.
