Basic dsa and oops questions were asked. 1 coding questions in technical interview. In hr round, basic hr questions were asked like my long term goals, why i want to join, etc.

Applying & Initial Screening
Application stage
You usually apply online through Fastenal’s website, which asks for your email to send a custom application link. From there, HR at their headquarters reviews your details to see if your qualifications match—a process that may take up to two weeks.
**Phone screening (if you're an external candidate)**
If they’re interested, you’ll be invited to a brief phone interview—often just 5 minutes long—where you can call in during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CST).
Candidates say questions here are simple but direct—things like:
“Why Fastenal?”
“How did you hear about us?”
“Why are you a good fit?”
There are 3 round of interviews. First is Coding Round consists of 3 medium level question and MCQS. Second is Technical Round in which core subjects and DSA is asked. And third is HR Round
