My first interview was on campus after a career fair. They gave me a 30 minute IQ test with questions to recognize patterns with numbers, pictures and words. There were 2 pseudo-code questions at the end: create a method to print the first 100 prime numbers and create a method to determine if a number is prime or not. We talked about FAST, and my interests in the company. I talked them through how I pseudo-coded the problems. For my second interview they flew me out to Colorado and housed me in a hotel by their headquarters. I first spoke with a nice lady who showed me the facility, answered my general questions about the position and discussed a few more logistics with me. Then I was interviewed be an implementation consultant, who gave me some brain teasers and pseudo-code questions to see how I problem solve. Then I went to lunch with another one of their team members. It was a really great experience, and everyone I met was super nice and positive.
