Total interview process took over 1.5 months. First HR screening with recruiter and then technical/full behavioral interview scheduled a month out. They are interviewing way too many and extending offers without an actual sequence or process. I began the process the beginning of June, received the offer the third week of July and then was told my start date would not be October. Later this was changed to beginning of 2024. Of course I had to decline because that meant the offer was basically rescinded. It felt like a waste of time and was unprofessional. This probably also speaks to how the company treats employees as well.

It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

Apply online then hr call then quick call with recuiter, then final round with behavioral, coding portion and logic questions. was pretty long of a call expect 1hr 30 min to 2 hours on call.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
