Contacted by a recruiter after finding my resume online. Spoke with the recruiter multiple times before the last 'technical skills' screen, which was really just basic OOP questions. The recruiter was non technical and told me they had to have the questions reviewed by someone with the knowledge and I'd be contacted back within 2 weeks. They never contacted me back, but to be fair I also did not contact them back. The recruiter from the start seemed disinterested in her job and/or disinterested in me as a candidate. Maybe they were just extremely busy, but considering how awesome every other interview process I've had has been, even if it didn't go well, I won't be looking here for employment in the future. Also based on what they told me along with things I've read on different review sites it looks like their recent push is to hire fresh grads for cheap as half programmers half consultants, so you can take that as a good or bad thing based on what you're looking for in a job.
