Initial communication via hiring manager. Hiring manager introduced me to a few of the teams that I would eventually support to conduct an informal interview. Second phase of interview process involved panel interview from senior team members. Final interview was with hiring manager and was more of the salary negotiation.

There's an opportunity to recover 25 million dollars within a couple of weeks, and the final report is due in two days. However, you discover a miscalculation in the figures and realize that the opportunity is really 60 million dollars. However, this report must be confirmed by legal which takes at least 7 days. However, missing the deadline jeopardizes a guarantee of recovering 25 million dollars. What course of action would you choose, and describe the process for your recommendation to executive management?
Did not show the respect back to the person interviewing, they showed up late and did not give clear feedback. Almost felt as if they were forced to be there

Pretty Smooth. Asked about projects and then general technical stuff. Spoke with the Hr and then with the hiring manager both of whom were very good listeners. They explained what the position entailed and how the company was structured.
