The phone interview was conducted by a HR recruiter. It was more like a screening interview. She asked only the most basic questions, like going through your resume. "I see you did this this from when to when, tell me about that." After the interview, she said the conversation was really pleasant and forwarded my resume to three different Actuarial Associate. And then, I was contacted by them for a second round of interviews,
The first round was a phone call that lasted approximately 45 minuets and was mostly behavioral questions. The next round was a case study where I received a prompt and had 7 days to complete an answer. The final round was a video conference where I presented my response to the case study.

There were two rounds of phone interviews. The first round phone interview had some common questions and basically it went through your resume and some typical behavioural questions. The second round was pretty much the same, although it asked me why I wanted to become an actuary. The final round interview was on-site. I talked to four working actuaries. No weird questions, mostly behavioural and go through the resume.
