I was contacted based on my submitted resume through Sun Devil Career Link. I scheduled an interview in the Farmers office. I was interviewed once, and two weeks later was offered the job.

I Communicate by phone and email with prospective agents about joining the Farmers family and possible job opportunities.
Assist Operations Manager on various tasks including event scheduling and organizing spreadsheets. I would text people to get them interviews

Entrevista
I applied for the position online. A recruiter called me for a quick phone interview. She literally said that the job description was inaccurate and explained a little bit more about the position. She referred me to the hiring manager. Three days later I get a call form the hiring manager. She further explained the position and I found out that it was only a temporary position! She said it would be full time for 2-4 months only. I told her this would be fine and we set up an interview for later that day. I met her and she asked a few questions, then had me write a story. The position requires a lot of writing, so she also asked me to e-mail her a writing sample.
