Was easy interview. Agents need sales people to build their business. Key is getting your insurance licenses. Be willing to cold call both on the phone and in person.
No need to call on friends/family - but that will help.

I don't think any of the questions were unexpected or difficult.
Star method questions. How do you handle difficult customers? How do you deal with change? Also you have to role play a sales call. They give you a sheet to prep. So if you don’t interview well and can still ace the interview with the sales call.

Tell me about a time you dealt with a different customer.
Spoke with hiring manager for about 30 minutes. He laid out the expectations of the job. Requirements in order to attain the job, and was sent an offer letter and encouraged to take an insurance license test.
The the Interviewer didn't get the apt as assigned and then i went to the boss and then got an interview and then it did not go well. and then i called again
