Recruiter and I had a nice call but she never closed the loop in any way. This same thing happened to a friend. Highly unprofessional and not a good sign for how things are run at this company. During our call, she asked very specific questions about my background and experience. It took about an hour. To not even send a form email closing the loop is unusual and disappointing.
