I had the technical coding meeting after the recruiter's initial interview. It was a simple question about DNS access logs processing. The interviewers were rushed for time, didn't show much respect and I didn't like their vibe. Although I had chosen Golang to answer the problem before the meeting, one of the interviewees literally warned me not to use the language!!! Because he didn't know to Go and insisted on writing in Python. Although I suggested three algorithms and successfully developed the program efficiently, the company rejected my application.
