I only made it 3 rounds before they completely ghosted me. First was with a hiring manager and was fine, normal. The 2nd one the woman showed up late and barely asked any questions. Then the last part was a presentation and in the middle of me presenting one person left the meeting and then came back in randomly. They clearly weren't interested in what I was saying. Then when I followed up a week later I was told I would hear by the end of the week and never heard again. That was a month ago. If they ever even reached out, I wouldn't be interested. Funny enough they keep reposting the job so they are probably mining for information from people who are qualified or just have no idea what they actually want.
