Was contacted via Linked In and had a good initial conversation with the recruiter. Took some time to get back to me as to status, then was able to interview with the local team. Interviews with IT were a bit disjointed and felt more along the lines of "stump the chump" at times. Some of the managers come across as inexperienced, or not having any formal training in interviewing, etc.
