Entrevista
Starts with a phone screen with a technical recruiter. After the phone screen, you'll have a phone technical interview with a software engineer from the company. If you pass the first technical screen, you'll be invited to an on-site. I had my interviews during COVID, so the on-site was virtual. The on-site interview is about 4 hours long and consists of algorithmic style coding problems and one systems design interview.

Vidoe call with two staff, no questions asked about experience required for the job. It felt like the decision had been made before the interview started. The interview lasted less than an hour.

1 hour initial interview going over experience and the role itself with someone from the recruitment team. After that another 1 hour interview getting asked more culture and technical questions with an engineer.
