Recruiter reached out for a call. After a week, the recruiter sent a case study. After another week, scheduled for a onsite interview, followed by a panel interview online. They asked some behavior questions and also some technical questions, including ideas about casino promotion.

All virtual, never spoke to a real person to have any rapport with. I get it though, a company like FanDuel probably does not have the resources to individually interview every single person that applies. I would have appreciated at least an email follow up saying that I wasn't moving onto the next round though, they just ghosted me afterwards.
