Fill out online application, two days later I got a phone call from the kitchen manager. Asked me if I wanted to come for a face to face interview. Next day I had the interview.

Why you want to work with us? Previous experience? Whats the cook temperature for poultry, pork, beef and seafood ? Can you cook chicken and any other meat on the same grill? YES/NO why? How often you need to sanitize your working area? Can you work weekends and Holidays?
