Very informal, sit in a conference room with the Distribution Center manager, talk about your abilities (lifting, being in a freezer for long hours, etc.), desired schedule, and ask about life experiences, like, are you a team player, do you build people up, can you remain positive in tough situations. DC starting pay is on-negotiable- everyone starts at $12/hour, and raises are based on evaluations on positivity, performance, and brand knowledge, at $.30 every 6 months.
