Apply online and Human Resources will email you anywhere from a few days to a few months (personal experience) then schedule you for a emt " test" which is a joke then you do skills (oxygen, BVM, CPR) if you pass that ( which you will) then do a face to face with 2 person interview board. Very Basic entry level interview
Easy did a hire vue online interview heard back from them in one week got offered to do their two week orientation. Did one week of in the field training, pretty straightforward and easy. I would do it all over again.
The interview was online. You record yourself and can retake the video if you choose to. They had very simple questions and they were very easy to answer. Overall very easy interview as you can redo basically it all.

Very straightforward phone interview. Asked basic questions about experience and why I wanted to work for Falck. Overall good experience and easy. They also asked when i would be able to start and what training i would expect to have.
