There is a phone interview. Then you meet with the Sales Director in person. After you pass the first two interview processes, they fly you to their corporate headquarters and you interview with the President of the company. During the interview process, they are looking for a self starter, someone who isn't afraid to make cold calls, and omeone who has excellent time management skills.
