The interview process was okay. It started with you having to fill out an standard application online and do some online test. The next stage was an online video interview. This was also pretty good, they asked you questions about why you wanted the position and general questions about the company and the industry it operates within. The next level was an assessment center which I thought was pretty hard. It lasted a whole day an included a test, group exercise and presentation.
