Panel interview. Generally nice people. Be prepared for technical questions. At the end of the interview, I asked "when people choose to leave, what is typically their reasoning?" and their response was "The company is growing faster than management can keep up." (ie poor management) and "It's an intense high volume of demanding work that people generally don't expect." (overworked, underpaid), and finally "They get better offers elsewhere." (underpaid again). The amount of red flags just wasn't worth it for me to accept the offer.
