First round of the process is a one-sided with two questions being posed. The software walks you through the interview and leaves no questions. Time is given to read the question and give one shot.
Basic first-round interview. They asked about why I wanted the job. They also asked why FTI. Basic questions, but know about the company and have a reason they stand out. Make sure to try to connect with the recruiter and reach out to their consultants as I heard after the fact that this goes a long way.

First interview was 30 minutes then heard back 2 weeks later for Super Day. Lots of behavioral questions. three 30 minutes interviews and coffee chat. Not many technical questions but should have knowledge about the healthcare industry.
