I had two 30 minute interviews for the intern position. The timeline for their hiring process is very long. They took well over two weeks following the interview to get back to applicants. They asked a lot about data analysis experience.

Describe a time where you had to explain a difficult concept or theory to someone who had no background knowledge about the subject.
Basic first-round interview. They asked about why I wanted the job. They also asked why FTI. Basic questions, but know about the company and have a reason they stand out. Make sure to try to connect with the recruiter and reach out to their consultants as I heard after the fact that this goes a long way.

First interview was 30 minutes then heard back 2 weeks later for Super Day. Lots of behavioral questions. three 30 minutes interviews and coffee chat. Not many technical questions but should have knowledge about the healthcare industry.
