First round with director According to him who so ever leaving his company for more salary is just betraying them and Due to new startup market has been worst now and ppl are asking more money. I am fom tcs so he asked if u r leaving that good company how should i hire u. U r not getting more there because u must not have doing good there. Even after this nonsense ... 2nd tech round done... to the analyses and understand code of there live project. Tech person was satisfied by me. Even After that i never got the call. When i call hr said she itself has leave the company. I contacted mr mangesh to process further. He was on leave for 2 week and no one else was there in company for hiring process. When he returned i contacted again then he asked to connect with hr. Then she said .. U need to give interview again. So this is there way of working after delaying whole month even when i was following up, they wanted to have interview again ... how they can even ask for it. Very unprofessional... dont go there even for interview. They wasted my whole month.
