Really straightforward. They reached out to me initially, and I thought went very well. Sent a thank you note and received a nice note in response. Then, completely ghosted. No email, no call, nothing. I sent a follow-up email to both persons I emailed with and nothing! No reply! The company is fairly small in terms of staff and hiring staff, even less, maybe 2-3 open positions. The fact they cannot send a reply or a quick call is really terrible!
