* Code test on Codility (only one question);
* Pair programming with 2 employees (develop a small application with them and talk about your thought process. You do not have to create the full application);
* Chat with Head of Development (at this stage is like you are already approved);

Entrevista
Process is somewhat same like GD, Technical, HR after a technical test. If you can arrange any one specific document from them they it is +++ as the process usually goes same.

second round was interview asking dot net dependency injections, system design patterns and complex sql queries

It was difficult, it goes on for 2 hours, I answered almost every question right, blew interviewers mind in some questions, but still they didnt take me. Dissapointing as I was expecting a lot.
