Strangest interview process I've ever had! Applied for the principal SEL curriculum designer which was written as 100% remote in the job description. Was then told I'd have to move to California.. Then they said I didn't have enough experience and was lucky to be in the room. After in-depth tasks, they offered me a junior contract role at $30/hr and then it four weeks maybe I could be a junior curriculum developer. If I wasn't qualified for the job I applied for, I'm not sure why they interviewed me at all.
