The administrative office is in complete mess and their communication often gives sense of differences in the senior management internally. Many instances of one person over ruling other are obvious. The management is predisposed in their evaluation. It primarily depends on who is inviting whom for the job. It is very unprofessional though they project objectivity and professional approach.
