Interview process was very good. The interviewer was friendly and very pleasant. It had 3 rounds Apti-technical test, Technical test (typing skills), hr interview and Final Interview (Operations)
More of the Resume question thing and Customer service role questions. Review your Job description. They would mostly asked about how you handle stress, how you handled difficult customers and your strengths.
