Quick process. 3 weeks total from application to phone interview to face interview to first day of work. I applied on-line. I was called for a phone interview, which went well. I was then sent an online skills test that took about 2 hours to complete. Next, I received a phone call asking me to schedule an in-person interview with the department manager. After that interview, I received a call about 3 days later offering me the job.
