I actually enjoyed the way this company ran things when it came to applying and on boarding. Interview process was good. Phone first then in person with two managers. From then one I was invited to complete and drug and background screening prior to orientation.

Job experience, how long you intend to stay, what you bring to the table, goals, languages you speak.
I made it to the third round, the interviewer or senior position had some emergency that went on for months and led me having no idea what was going on for months. I had to reach out to HR and they got me another interview but the process was completely started over, when I was getting ready for the second first interview I got a message saying the position was filled.
Several different layers of people, 5 discussions in all but was good to get a lay of the land. Overall, a good experience that gave me a perspective on what it was like working there.

Entrevista
The interview process was structured and professional, involving an initial HR screening followed by technical and managerial rounds. Questions focused on both skills and real-world problem-solving. Communication was clear, and interviewers were approachable. The overall experience was smooth, transparent, and provided a good understanding of the company’s culture and expectations.
