Online Assessment python and sql Extremely hard with dynamic programming I was given 3 days ahead to do it and was asked to finish within 2 hrs. I actually did 6 hrs since it's no time limits on the actual test. But the questions are very hard.

A recruiting company connected me to an Engineering role at FINRA and after a phone interview and a take-home assessment, I was invited to meet the team onsite.  I did not have experience in one of the technologies they use, but the team had expressed several times that they're looking for strong problem solvers and those who will be able to take the initiative to learn technologies they are unfamiliar with. I was scheduled to be onsite for 2 hours, but I actually left an hour early. One of the team supervisors was clearly not interested and challenged me for my lack of experience in X technology, despite other team members being okay with learning on the job. He did not allow me to talk about my previous experiences and why I could learn the job quickly. Instead, and in front of his team (it was a group interview), the supervisor made condescending remarks like describing my achievements as working a minimum wage job. The other people in the room chuckled so it was clear to me at the moment what their team culture was like. So I motioned to end the interview early and left. I personally like to take professionalism seriously and always try my best to contribute to a healthy, cooperative work environments.  Even if hired into a high-leadership role, I would never want to be part of a culture like FINRA's. Needless to say, I will never consider FINRA again.
