I was reached by LinkedIn and the recruiter asked me to do the interview next day. I went through 3 interviewees (HR, User, then Manager). The HR and User was on the same day as the skill-test, they also ask me to do take home test which i finished in 3hours. The next morning they asked me to do interview (with manager i guess) but surprisingly she asked me different stuffs outside from the project and my test. Instead she asks what did i do before this job, what my projects are, and so on. 2 days later, the HR asking me for Identity Card, Tax Identification Number, and even Account number, this giving me positive vibes that i might get the job. Suddenly they turned down the offering and not even a single word from the HR after i followed up them back.
